a community pause

Hello dear clients,

I hope this note finds you well, warm, and surrounded by love.

What an interesting time we find ourselves in. What an opportunity to embrace connection to our community in new, creative ways. What a call to surround ourselves and our loved ones with the light of this fresh Spring, and all we have to be grateful for.

I’ve been reaching out to many of you individually regarding your sessions but I felt it was time to send one big, collective hug out to all of you and let you know I’m here. Although I am well, and confident in the safety of my healing space, I am postponing in-person sessions at the Full Heart studio for the time being, in order to ensure everyone’s safety and do my part to help flatten the curve of new COVID-19 infections. I am hoping to resume my practice in April, but will only do so when it is guaranteed to be safe for you, and myself. I’ll be sure to announce once the splendid time has arrived that I may squeeze and support each of you, once again.

It’s been dispiriting in moments for me that at a time when supportive touch would be so enormously comforting, it’s a form of therapy that we must refrain from receiving. With that being said, what an excellent time for you to increase your self-care practices at home! I hope that the suggestions and customized home-care routines I’ve offered you in the past are serving you well, now.

This slower pace has awakened a creativity around my work and how I may continue to support you while unable to meet in-person. I’m really looking forward to how our connection will flourish and grow in ways it may never have without this unique opportunity. Individual and community offerings will soon be available, virtually, and at a range of prices that are accessible to everyone. Knowing that I will be able to see your smiling faces through a screen and while we’re in the comfort of our own homes makes me grateful for technology in a way I never anticipated.

In happier news, as I’ve mentioned to many of you already, my practice will be relocating to Northeast Portland very soon. I was meant to nestle into the serene space on April 1st. I imagine this will have to be postponed, as well, BUT the next time you see me will be in Full Heart Healing’s new home! I’ll make a formal announcement about that (complete with photos of our lovely, treatment space) in the coming weeks. Sweeter times are coming for all of us, my darlings.

Many of you have reached out, inquiring about how you many be of support to my small business at this time. At this time, I am set up to offer gift certificates if you should want to offer a loved one or yourself the gift of a future session when I’m certain we’ll all be needing them most. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions, or to place an order. I imagine having therapeutic touch appointments to look forward to will bring sweetness and light to moments that may need it over the next few weeks.

Remember to move your body, get out into the fresh air if you feel called, and give into this moment of deep rest and reset that we’ve been given.

You are on my mind and in my Full Heart.
